Breakfast was much better than I expected. There were good enough choices for different tastes. Personally I love eggs and fresh vegetables and I was able to find everything needed, including a yummy Spanish omlette. Location was perfect for my purposes as I had meetings at one of the national institutions nearby and it took me less than 10 mins to walk. Public transportation is also very closeby the bus goes to the city centre. If you prefer to walk going to the centre, it is also easy on the way there (takes 30-40 mins), return is a bit uphill, but completely managable. Staff was very welcoming and responded quickly and professionally to all my inquiries.

We loved our stay at the Ibis Styles Madrid City Las Ventas. The staff is super professional and very welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable even for 4. We didn't try the pool but it seemed very nice and the small gym is just perfect for a short training during your stay.. We walked to the closest metro station everyday-10 minutes - and that allowed us to enjoy our visit, discovering Madrid for the first time. We highly recommend this hotel !

The rooms were large with comfortable beds and pillows, and the location of the hotel was convenient to the airport. We dined in the restaurant one evening and the food was tasty. Our server was also lovely and gave us some good recommendations.

Breakfast was good, we loved the honeycomb for fresh honey and freshly fried eggs. Staff was so kind and helpful throughout our whole stay. The lady in charge of breakfast was always so welcoming every morning with a smile on her face. The hotel was so modern, nice, and the AC was actually working compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Spain during the colder seasons.
